Keith Yennie II

In Memory of SGT Keith David Yennie II, USMC

May 21, 1994 – April 7, 2022

“Keith is forever 27. He was a month away from graduating with a BA in Sociology. Keith just bought his first home 7 weeks before his passing. He had his second daughter 4 ½ months before his passing. His daughters are 5 years and 2 years old currently. He had his demons but was a good person. His daughters were his everything. He called me “Momma Bear” and got a tattoo of a big bear. In his free time, Keith enjoyed playing his guitar and composing songs.

Keith served five years in the US Marine Corps. He served two years in Japan and Korea. Unfortunately, after serving his tour, Keith suffered with severe PTSD but wanted to help others. He started a nonprofit called Operation: Got Your Six. I took this over since his passing. I want to help other veterans and domestic violence victims. I do not want these demons to take any more lives.” Shared by his mother, Stacie.
