OEF and OIF

During his high school years, Brice was a member of the wrestling and cross-country team. He was state runner up in 2004 in his 103 wrestling weight division.

Brice served in the USMC from 2006 to 2014 and was honorably discharged in 2014 as a Sergeant. During his time in the USMC, he served three tours, the first being in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom from February to September 2009. He then had two deployments to Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom: April to November 2011 and July 2012 to February 2013. Brice was a Red Patcher with Combat Logistics Battalion-7. His nickname in the Corps was “Mighty Mouse.” Brice was highly decorated and served as a Landing Support Specialist. During his time overseas, he supervised over 1100 flights, 4200 tons of cargo, and 4000 personnel in combat operations.

After leaving the Marines in 2014, he was employed with Offshore Energy Services in Broussard, LA from 2014 until the time of his death. Brice held a few different positions with OES, the last one being a dispatcher for the past few years. Brice was also an avid gamer of PlayStation 5 and was a big kid at heart – he loved Star Wars and Legos.

“One of the best men I ever worked with. Miss you brother. Fair winds and following seas.”
