In Memory of Sgt Hunter Wayne Taskey, USMC
October 11, 1995 – March 24, 2019
“Hunter was married to Jessica. They lived in NC as he was stationed at Camp Lejeune. He had been a Marine since 2014. Hunter loved woodworking and had talked about becoming a carpenter. He also wanted to someday live in AZ and open a thrift store. He loved a bargain!
He was born in MA and we moved to FL when he was 9. He has always considered Florida his home. He had a passion for photography and had started his own little side business.
Hunter had done several deployments. He had been in an accident while overseas. He had been suffering from pain and some depression from the pain. He finally found a VA doctor that was able to help him and the doctor was transferred. He was switched around on medication and was not being compliant about taking it. The story ends there.” Shared by his mother, Denise.
