Jon never failed to mention that he was a “Texas Boy” and how much his family meant to him. He was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs. He loved cooking out and listening to all genres of music. Jon’s endless smile and sense of humor left a lasting impact on everyone he met.

Jon will be missed by his son, Kingston Gray, mother, Veronica Sanchez, father, Jose Luevano, sister, Heather Lopez, brothers: Devon, James, and Matthew Luevano and all his family and friends.

Ronald Reagan once said “Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they made a difference in the world. But the Marines don’t have that problem.” Sergeant Jon Michael Luevano, we all felt the difference you have made.  The Marine Corps never dies, which means Sergeant Jon Michael Luevano always lives.
