Kody Braunstein was a LCPL in the USMC. He was born in Idaho. He loved bacon, burgers and Boise State. Kody had a huge heart. He loved our daughter more than anything. We married at 18 and lived in Yuma, AZ and Camp Pendleton,CA. War took him from me. A month into deployment he had PTSD. It’s a real thing. Suicide doesn’t make you selfish, it is a never ending fight for those screaming for help on the inside! A part of my heart will always be with him.
His life was June 18 87-June 18 10. He died on his 23rd birthday.
