Michael was Assistant Scout Master of Boy Scout Troop 158. He loved camping, biking, hiking and activities with me and our kids. He was respected by all who knew him. He had a huge heart and was selfless. The most special thing about him was that he always carried McDonald’s $$$ to give homeless people that he would see. I have seen him literally give the shirt off of his back if he felt someone needed it. I strive to be the person he was and have raised our children knowing who he was.
He called Baton Rouge, Louisiana home and his place of final rest is Port Hudson National Cemetery in Port Hudson, LA.
