SPC Ross E. Vogel, III of Red Lion, Pennsylvania attended Red Lion High School and was an avid Pittsburgh
Steelers fan. He loved cars, playing drums, and hockey. He enlisted in the Army in 2001 and worked at Fort
Gordon as a switch system operator. Ross was currently serving his third deployment. He was married and
has two children. He is the son of Mary Weller Wiley and her husband, Chuck, and Ross E. Vogel, Jr. He is
survived by his wife, Kristen Lowe Vogel, whom he married on April 18, 2002. In addition to his wife and
parents, he is sadly missed by his children, Ross and Logan; and his siblings, Michelle Powell and her
husband, Casey, Christin Wiley, Aaron Wiley, and Jesse Beinhower and his wife, Kallie. He is also survived by
his grandparents, Robert and Marion Weller and Adrianna Vogel; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and
friends.
Always remembered by his battle buddy, Joshua Link, of Save 22.
